Members of the Academic Senate are elected annually. The election process of nominations from the faculty and election of Senators from the nominated candidates occurs each spring semester. Voting faculty are able to make nominations and elect members. The nomination and election procedures, including a calendar, are distributed no later than Feb 1. This election cycle for 2024-2025 will elect representatives to the Academic Senate for the term beginning June 1, 2024, and ending on May 31, 2025.

The nominating phase began on Monday, February 12 at 8 a.m. and ended on Sunday, February 25 at 5 p.m.

The election phase began on Monday, March 11 at 8 a.m. and ended on Friday, March 22 at 5 p.m. 

The Senate Caucus meeting will be held at noon, Wednesday, April 17 (via Teams).
